I am Luciano Moreira. I write and design the printable files sold under the name Brazilian Goods Studio, and I run this site from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you visit braziliangoodsstudio.com.
The short version
- I do not sell your data. Not to anyone, ever.
- I do not run ads on this site.
- The only personal data I ask for is your email address, and only if you choose to give it.
- Payments never happen here. Every purchase goes through Etsy, on Etsy’s servers.
What I collect
Information you give me
Your email address, if you sign up for a free printable or a newsletter. I use it to send you the file you asked for and occasional emails about new printables. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Whatever you write me, if you use the contact page or email me directly. I keep those messages so I can answer you and remember our conversation later.
Comments, if you leave one on a post. WordPress stores the name, email and comment you type, plus your IP address, to help catch spam. Your email is not shown publicly.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, this one records basic technical data when a page loads: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you visited, and the site that sent you here. My host uses it to keep the site running and to block attacks. Analytics, if and when I turn it on, tells me which posts people read — in aggregate, not by name.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site uses:
- Necessary cookies — set by WordPress so the site works, so a comment form remembers your name, and so I can stay logged in to my own admin area.
- Analytics cookies — used only if analytics is active, to count visits and see which pages are read.
- Affiliate cookies — set by Amazon or Etsy on their side when you click a link from here to their site, so they can credit the referral. Amazon’s affiliate cookie lasts 24 hours; Etsy’s referral window is 30 days.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from reading anything here.
Third parties that may receive data
- Hostinger — hosts this website and its server logs.
- Etsy — handles every sale, payment and file delivery. When you click through to a listing, Etsy’s own privacy policy takes over.
- Amazon — if you click an affiliate link to Amazon, Amazon records the click on their side.
- Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube — only if a post embeds their content, in which case the embed itself loads from their servers.
I do not send them your email address or anything you wrote me.
How long I keep it
Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Emails you send me I keep for as long as they might be useful to you or to me — typically a few years. Comments stay until you or I delete them. Server logs rotate out after a few weeks.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can write to me and ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you those rights formally, plus the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know and the right to delete — and I will never sell your data, so there is nothing to opt out of. In Brazil, the LGPD applies.

Children
Many of these printables are made for children, but they are bought by adults. This site is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent me personal data, write to me and I will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top. Substantial changes get announced on the site.
