There is no help desk here, no ticket number and no chatbot. Messages land in my inbox in Rio de Janeiro and I read every one. If a file of mine is wrong, tell me and I will fix it and send you the corrected version, free, whatever you paid and however long ago you bought it.

Things worth writing about
A file will not open or print right
Tell me the device and the app. Nine times out of ten it is a reader setting and I can talk you through it in two lines.
You found a mistake
Please tell me. I fix it, republish it, and send you the corrected file at no charge — even if you bought it a year ago.
You want something that does not exist yet
A unit study on another country, a recipe your grandmother made, a guide to a city I have not covered. I will tell you honestly whether I can make it well.
A question about Brazil
Where to go, what something costs, whether a recipe works with the ingredients you can find. Ask. I live here.
Before you write
I bought on Etsy and cannot find my download
It is not in the e-mail. Go to Etsy, open Purchases and reviews, find the order and click Download files. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in the Etsy receipt e-mail. If it still will not appear, write to me with the order number and I will send the file directly.
The PDF opens but the printing looks wrong
Set your printer to Actual size or 100%, never Fit to page, and pick US Letter or A4 to match the file you downloaded. Both sizes are included in every title. If a page still comes out cropped, send me a photo of it.
Can I get a refund?
These are instant downloads, so Etsy does not allow returns once the file is delivered. What I do instead is fix the problem: a corrected file, the other paper size, a different format, or an honest answer about what the file does and does not cover. If something is genuinely not what was described, say so and we will sort it out.
Can I use these in my classroom or co-op?
Yes, for one teacher and their own students. What is not allowed is reselling the files, sharing the PDF publicly, or distributing it to other teachers. If you need a licence for a whole school or co-op, write to me and I will make one.
How fast do you answer?
Usually within a day or two. I am in Rio de Janeiro, which is UTC−3 — one hour ahead of New York, five behind London. If two working days pass with no reply, write again: the message got lost, not ignored.
