Things worth writing about
- A file will not open or will not print right. Tell me which device and which app. Nine times out of ten it is a reader setting and I can talk you through it in two lines.
- You found a mistake. Please tell me. I fix it, republish, and send you the corrected file at no charge, even if you bought it a year ago.
- You want something that does not exist yet. A unit study on a different country, a recipe your grandmother made, a guide to a city I have not covered. Tell me what you need and I will tell you honestly whether I can make it well.
- A question about Brazil. Where to go, what something costs, whether a recipe will work with the ingredients you can find. Ask. I live here.
Order problems
Every purchase happens on Etsy, so Etsy holds your order, your payment and your download. If a download failed, the fastest route is the message button on the order itself — that way I can see exactly which order you mean. But if you would rather just email me, do that; I will find it.
How fast I answer
Usually within a day or two. I am in Rio de Janeiro, which is UTC−3 — one hour ahead of New York, five behind London. If your message lands while I am asleep, that is why.
